State Rep. Greg Vitali, D-166, of Haverford, isn’t happy with the amount of money that could be removed from the state Department of Environmental Protection under a tentative budget agreement being hammered out in Harrisburg.

In fact, he thinks it’s a disaster and a backdoor attack on environmental protections.
