On Monday afternoon House Minority Whip William DeWeese, House Agriculture Chairman Mike Hanna, several other members and representatives of local governing bodies held a press conference to urge support for legislation, HB 10, that would allow Counties to assess value to natural gas, oil and coal-bed methane.
