News emerged of a possible budget agreement Thursday with a press conference that included the House Democrats, Senate Republicans and Senate Democrats. At the press conference the framework of a budget agreement was announced.

Enacting the agreement via various bills will likely begin Sunday or Monday and last the balance of next week and perhaps into early the following week. One of the components of this proposal would generate $100 million from additional Marcellus land leases. To read some of the details of the agreement, click here.
