The House Consumer Affairs Committee unanimously reported HB 2693 this afternoon.  The bill is the Public Utility Commssions request for jurisdiction over intrastate pipelines.  The sponsor has worked with the PUC and the Marcellus Shale Coalition on the legislation. To read the bill, click here.
