Rep. Hanna re-introduces legislation addressing landowner property damage

House Agriculture Committee Chairman Rep. Mike Hanna has re-introduced legislation from the previous legislative session addressing damage to a landowner’s property caused by natural gas exploration. The new bill number is HB 473.
