This afternoon Governor Tom Corbett signed a Legal Reform bill.  Then he took questions.  When a reporter asked him if he would sign an impact fee bill if it makes its way to his desk.   He responded “No, I am waiting for Lieutenant Governor Cawley and the Marcellus Advisory Commission to conclude their work and make recommendations.”  He noted that the recommendations are less than a month away and he has sent that message to the General Assembly.
